Jim concentrates his practice on the transactional aspects of real estate and commercial lending. His transactional practice includes the purchase and sale of real estate, commercial leasing, financing of real estate, and asset based lending. In addition, Jim represents clients before local land use boards and state and federal regulators in regulatory and permitting proceedings in connection with real estate development projects. Jim works with clients across different industries, including resort operators and developers, owners and developers of market rate and low-income housing projects, retail developers, institutional owners of real estate, lenders and special servicers, and hospitals and other health care providers.
