I have hired Attorney David Trovato to do real estate related work approximately a dozen times over the past 5 years. David has done my real estate closings, lending paperwork, title work, deeds, trusts and leases. A lot of the work David did was complicated and required a top notch attorney that onl...y specializes in real estate. While many attorneys claim to be capable when it comes to real estate- it just isn't reality. Over a period of almost 30 years of real estate investing, I found out the hard way. I discovered that although an attorney may claim to be knowledgeable, more often than not they don't have the right experience or understanding especially when it comes to real estate. David specializes in real estate and raises the bar for those that claim they are knowledgeable in this area of law.
