I agree with the above attorneys, but he may be eligible for a hardship or cinderella license if he has satisfied all requirements.

Can you be sentenced to state prison wapole from a six man jury court in the district court.??I know they used to do this.

No you can only get house time in district court, which is better because you can get good time. Good luck.

Sounds like you have a 2nd offense. Is the case still pending or is it over. Regardless you need a lawyer.
