Nadine M. Catalfimo

Attorney Nadine Catalfimo has been working in the field of trust and estate law for over 30 years.  She first started out in the legal profession as a paralegal working at small, medium and national law firms administrering estate and trusts and drafting estate planning documents before becoming an attorney in 2009 in MA and NH.  She has a small solo practice in the State of New Hampshire and Massachusetts that focuses on probate, trust and estate law.  Whether you are a beneficiary, an Executor, or Trustee, looking for assistance, we can help you.  Nadine also is a published author in NH Bar Journal and the NH Bar News.  She also assisted with the update of the NH Practice on trust and estate law - a book for practioners in 2007 - 2008.  She also recently won a pretermined heir appeal that was heard by the NH Supreme Court and made new law in NH.
