Excellent person to go through this process with.

We needed help with filing for bankruptcy several years ago. Christopher stood out because he carefully listened to us explain our situation, explained all our options - the pros and cons, and patiently worked with us. to create and implement a plan. He was responsible to follow all the correct laws ...and procedures, and made the process as painless and simple as possible.

The best legal representation one could hope to hire

Attorney Kelly has been a great light in the scary tunnel called Bankruptcy that I found myself in. Patient, careful and so knowledgeable this office helped me wade through the vast and overwhelming world of the U.S. Bankruptcy System. Truly such a professional individual, such a great representati...on of in my own opinion, of what a Lawyer someone who you trust to help you through such situations, should be.

Very Professional Attorney

I hired Chris when I could see all of divorce, foreclosure and bankruptcy ahead of me. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted to do when I hired Chris, either. I just knew I needed some protection from an attorney, so I could buy some time and await events while everything was up in the air. I paid him ...a tiny fee so I could stop all the creditor calls. I was protected by Chris for a year or more while other parts of my life resolved themselves. Ultimately we worked up a unique strategy that allowed me to maximize my time under bankruptcy protection while keeping our options open. Buying time was my priority and we succeeded big-time. I'm a tougher customer than most and can tell you Chris does great work.

I Was Facing Bankruptcy

I hired Attorney Kelley in 2008. I was facing bankruptcy and he explained the process, showed me all of my options and got my life back on track. I recommend his services to others.
