My husband worked with him for roughly 8 months - not doing much at all the first 7 months - we come for a meeting nearing the bankruptcy and he states he has no good news basically you can file however you’ll owe the lawyer/trustee 1500 a month for the next 5 years on top of your mortgage! Now this ...

Replied last December 07, 2018I was very chagrined at reading this. We pride ourselves on empathy and doing the very best for our clients. Hence, it is not unusual for clients to send us thank you cards, chocolates, gifts, etc. for what we do. This is the worst feedback, let alone review, that I have ever received. I immediately reached out to the clients learn what we did wrong and to try to make it right. I will not disclose confidences, of course, but this was a challenging case in which we hoped to make a difference. Unfortunately, it did not work out. But we are doing our best to reconcile with these fine people and to come to a mutual understanding. And we think we may have succeeded in doing that.
