My husband worked with him for roughly 8 months - not doing much at all the first 7 months - we come for a meeting nearing the bankruptcy and he states he has no good news basically you can file however you’ll owe the lawyer/trustee 1500 a month for the next 5 years on top of your mortgage! Now this ...is something that should have been stated months ago not 8 months in - We clearly opted out of the unrealistic option & thankfully our mortgage company worked with us to keep our house. So with that being said we ask kindly for our deposit back, since clearly he didn’t do much to help till the last month or so - my husband gave him around 4,300 he give him back around 2,089 - RIP OFF!! Then has the nerve to say well if u ever want to consolidate your bills come back and I’ll cut you a deal!! Thanks but NO thanks....Good luck if you choose him!
