I'm not much of a review guru, but I really wanted to take the time to share my experience with attorney Keefe because I know the importance of a good attorney, especially after being charged with a crime. I was charged by Nashua police department this past spring with a felony gun charge, and rem...ember how scary and intimidating it was to face such a charge. I called attorney Keefe shortly after I was bailed out and he explained to me the process and went to Work on the case immediately. Throughout the case Chuck was very easily reachable and explained the process every step of the way. He went above and beyond the duties of a typical criminal defense attorney and even worked with my family attorney to help answer questions for a probate case I was also dealing with. While his efforts during the case was very important in making me feel comfortable, I was most lucky to have Chuck represent me for the outcome of the case. I was not convicted of the felony and owe that and quite possibly 2 years of my life to Chucks hard work and dedication to the case. I wouldn't hesitate to refer attorney Keefe to any of my friends or family members.

I was a juror on one of attorney Keefe's trials, so I had the pleasure of watching him in action for a week. I was amazed at how aggressively yet skillfully he defended his client. His client got a very well deserved "not guilty" and I told myself if I ever needed to hire a defense attorney, he would... be the one. Highly recommended.

Mr. Keefe was a great find in my time of need! I never thought a day would come that I would need this type of lawyer. The day I found him, he met with me for my last minute request the next day after initial contact to discuss my case. I felt that i was arrested unjustly and the case bordered on out...right entrapment. I was charged with 2 felonies and 2 misdemeanors (all drug related); subsequently i was a nervous wreck. In jeopardy of losing my career and my personal relationships. Throughout the whole stressful ordeal, Mr. Keefe kept me informed regarding what would be happening; including potential negative outcomes as well as possible successful conclusions. I have worked in law enforcement so I am very familiar with the legal process and statutes of law. I found myself in an awful situation in May 2011. I was charged with two counts of simple assault against my own sister. She was not the complaining party. It was actually the center for life manage...ment in Derry, NH. One staff member there alleged that I grabbed my sister's wrist and grabbed her cheek in a hostile manner. The other staff member, a nurse, alleged that I grabbed my sister's wrist. Both women twisted and manipulated a story from their own imagination. They failed to admit that I was actually demonstrating self defense techniques with my sister. The police did not interview me or my sister. The local prosecutor asked me to plead guilty to one charge in exchange for dropping another. Of course, I would not do so because the charges should never have been filed. The prosecutor refused to even speak with my sister, the alleged victim, about her version of what occurred. Attorney Keefe instilled my confidence in his abilities to take this matter to trial. He was very cordial and informative throughout the entire process. He returned my phone calls and emails promptly. I was not able to pay the entire retainer up front due to financial constraints and he worked out an agreed upon installment plan. The case recently went to trial. My sister never even had to testify on my behalf. Attorney Keefe was thoroughly prepared to defend me. He showed repeated inconsistencies in both witnesses'(staff members for CLM) testimony. Through his conscientious preparation, Attorney Keefe was able to show that each witness had a different version of what occurred the day in question. After his thorough direct and cross examination, objections when necessary, and skill as an attorney the case was dismissed. I give Attorney Charles Keefe the highest rating possible in all categories. He is a true professional and seasoned attorney. I felt very safe and confident in his ability to defend me.
