Too often business owners only see an attorney when a company is formed or if things go wrong. I am trying to break this mold by acting as a consultant for my clients who own business by providing a wide range of services, including business formation, financial analysis, marketing, negotiation, contract review/drafting, etc. By using this holistic approach I act as a partner rather than merely an attorney, and can help facilitate the success of a business throughout its tenure.

I provide my clients with comprehensive estate recommendations after determining their goals during a free initial consultation. Documents specific to their situation are subsequently drafted. These range from a will and durable power of attorney for a simple estate to the utilization of trusts and business succession planning for more complex estates. I strive to simplify the process during a stressful time in a family's life, and ensure assets are passed effectively to the any beneficiaries.
