Peter D. Prevett

Peter is one of those attorney's who contributes to the steryotype of all attorneys that give them a bad name. He will take your money and lots of it, bill you and not do a thing for you. I hired him for a case that he accepted. He appeared knowlegable and confident but when he was in front of the... judge he said and did absolutely nothing. The most unethical thing was when he abruptly refused to argue the case only 3 days before the hearing leaving me, his client, to go into court by myself. So after taking every penny he could squeeze out of me refused to represent me giving me only three days notice. A complete sleezeball. I believe that attorneys are worth every penny they earn if they do there job. Attorney Previtt in not worth the card his name is printed on. Stay away!!!
