Mr Schreiber took on our case after other attorneys could not help. We were interested in protecting our granddaughter, who was already in our care. The state of Rhode Island is not one who makes it easy as they would rather see a child caught up in the "system" than in a healthy environment. Mr Schr...eiber fought hard for our granddaughter. He took chances and guided us through the unnecessary, complicated, and frustrating process. RI is not a "best interest of the child" state. It is a "best interest of the parent, regardless of the predictable outcome for the child" state. Without the dedication Mr Schreiber brought, we positively would not be caring for this child.
