I am writing this review without coercion nor was I approached to write the review. I was researching the internet and spotted an article that led me to this website. Attorney Schreiber is a compassionate person, a family man and cares about people. Our son made two poor choices in his young life and... after being out consuming alcohol got behind the wheel of his car intoxicated above the legal limit and was stopped and charged. Fortunately on both occasions it was normal traffic stops without accidents or involvement of others. The two cases were separated by two years in between. Our son was in the middle of a Doctor of Pharmacy program. As one could imagine my wife and I were devastated. Our son was mandated to inform his school of the events and he was put on notice of possible expulsion due to the ethics involved with being a Pharmacist. The second case occurred in January 2015. Two years had lapsed from the 2013 case. Attorney Schreiber was able to petition the courts and seal the first case. This left our son with one open case. During this entire time, Attorney Schreiber put himself in our shoes as a dad of a son about the same age. He fought on behalf of our son we felt as if he were his own. The stigma of lawyers are they are just ambulance chasers. My wife and I found Attorney Schreiber through the local yellow pages. My son and our family couldn't have been more fortunate to have found such a hard working Attorney who knows people and the legal system as well as giving sound advice to consider different options. It is with gratitude and the fortunate circumstances of having Attorney Schreiber represent our son that he just graduated his six year program from college as a Doctor of Pharmacy. Our son realizes he was so fortunate to have had representation from Attorney Schreiber to have learned the life's experiences he did and graduate. I wholeheartedly would recommend Attorney Schreiber to anyone in the State of Rhode Island. It is not often that one would come away after spending thousands of dollars on an event that was unplanned and could have been avoided but walk away thinking it was money well spent. In this case, my wife and I would do it all over again with Attorney Schreiber because of the positive attitude he exudes and the total experience he provided in representing our son. Anyone reading this review, please don't hesitate if you need representation and call Ken, you will not regret you did. You will possibly see other reviews but we are just normal working people who were terrified of our sons actions and in our case what I wrote about Attorney Schreiber is from the heart.
