I called this attorney because I was scheduled to have a hearing with him today at 2pm at Kent County Courts. I explained to him I was in a severe car accident, that I was at the hospital until after midnight last night; told him that my car was totaled and that I couldn't be in court. He asked me fo...r the Police Report Number; He asked me what hospital I was at and then said, "All orders will remain in tact, your order will be held and I will move to have all matters heard at a later date as a result of your accident". Then he asked, "When do you think you will be able to have another hearing", I replied "probably beginning of next week", he said, "Okay, give me your number and I will call you with the new court date", I said, "Thank you very much." This Officer of the Courts double crossed me, and went ahead with the original hearing and screwed me instead of helping. That's okay Attorney Ennis, I'm not stupid and recorded the entire conversation, let's see how you fare when you are brought up on charges with the Bar Association and the Judicial Investigatory Panel and you are Sanctioned for your failure to act as promised as an Officer of the Courts.
