“I worked on my client’s SSDI case for 2 ½ years and won him a Fully Favorable Decision with retroactive benefits totaling approximately $30,000. The client’s wife objected to the fee agreement amount and attempted to recoup expense money which was included in the fee agreement. Under SSA law and SSA’s own internal manuels, any expense disputes are governed by the attorney/client contract and are not within the purview of the Disciplinary Board. I am more than happy to address any questions.”
