This means the attorney did something wrong, but the Bar did not suspend the lawyer. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
David's comment:“I worked on my client’s SSDI case for 2 ½ years and won him a Fully Favorable Decision with retroactive benefits totaling approximately $30,000. The client’s wife objected to the fee agreement amount and attempted to recoup expense money which was included in the fee agreement. Under SSA law and SSA’s own internal manuels, any expense disputes are governed by the attorney/client contract and are not within the purview of the Disciplinary Board. I am more than happy to address any questions.”
