We first sat with Susan in Dec of 2016. We had called her on the weekend , & she had us in for a consultation immediately. We instantly knew we had the right lawyer. She always made us feel like a priority , and was available anytime. She was extremely understanding and very knowledgeable . We had... a long, hard battle, which Susan handled incredibly. She went above & beyond many, many times! She kept us in the loop , and helped us understand what was going on. Even though our case is now over , she still checks in here and there. I went to susan with a legal case i needed cousaling on, A little nervous on the possible end result. She listened intevively and asked questions to be clear on things, She told me she would get the police report and talk to the people invovled,which she did within 2 or three days.Susan then sent me... paperwork to let me know when the case was and where. I think she sent the paperwork the same day because i received the paperwork fast. When she could not reach me by phone she emailed me to keep me abreast of the situation. We talked about the payment arrangements and worked out and agreement that would work for both of us. I feel like her price was fair and her service was excellent. She is my new family lawyer. She also didn't sugar coat my situation she was honest but realistic, and thats what i needed to navigate the court system. Superb.
