This guy shouldn't have a job I was told id do no jail time and served 90 days in aci and went to court on my 90th day to be told I got a 60 day sentence so I served an extra 30 days because he is lazy. I asked to take my cases to trail and he said no gave me no offers told me what I'm going to do wi...th my case no other options.

One of the worst lawyers in the Rhode Island state this guy is absolutely garbage paid him to do absolutely nothing I was literally better off with a public defender this guy will prolong their case forever don't go to him if you are innocent because he does not try to dismiss cases he tries to settl...e a guy literally wanted me to sign for something I didn't do and I had all the evidence in the world he never once did any lawyer like activity steer far away from this guy

This guy is a JOKE. He is absolutely horrible and completely unprofesional. Every court date I had- he had some RIDICULOUS excuse- that his foot was swollen and that I had to call the court. Ummm no- I hired and paid you and YOU need to call the court . It was my first offense- and I got triple the t...ime for a license suspension- as other first offenders got- because he was completely checked out. My friend had referred him to me and just let me know that he screwed her over- with a case they had been working on for 13 years. And left her high and dry the DAY of court. I said that doesn’t surprise me— but she also said other things he’s done including sexual harassment. She’s looking into getting him disbarred and he absolutely deserved it.

All talk and no action, he lies. He will work more with the prosecution to help the state get a conviction then he will help you secure constitutionally protected rights and freedom. Not one pre trial motion filed. Missed numerous court dates. Misled me to believe he was working like I paid him to... do and did his best to make sure the state gets a conviction for his own personal gain. This person should not be practicing criminal law. He is not competent.
