Claudia Gregoire was instrumental in helping me obtain my US Citizenship, as an American born abroad (Canada) to a US Citizen father. She possess an in depth knowledge to the laws surrounding immigration. Prior my consultation with Claudia, I had worked with a lawyer who had been helping become a us ...citizen through process of marriage as my wife was an American citizen. However my marriage ended amicably but obtaining citizenship had become increasingly more difficult. After six years without any progress I decided to seek consultation from several other lawyers as I felt I had a claim to US citizenship through my father. After consulting with 2 lawyers, they had both recommended I continue with the I-751 waiver to remove my condition on my green card, filing as a battered spouse through infidelity, overlooking the fact that my father is an American Citizen.
