Accident Case
Did not meet Mr. Levine, but dealt with his associates. Receptionist Lola is exceptional in handling clients both on the phone and in person, regardless of their state of mind. She is definitely an asset to the firm. Mr. Levine's associates kept me informed every two weeks via phone and letter. Also, when I became a little impatient with the settling of the case, they were understanding and kind. Although I was a little disappointed with the amount of the settlement, since I still have occasional pain with the back injury, it was thoroughly explained the limitations of the insurance the other driver had. I would highly recommend the "Heavy Hitter".

Very satisfied
I had two different attorneys before I became a client at Rob Levine’s office. From the beginning of my case to the very end I was treated with so much respect. I never felt like I was a burden to anybody every time I called. I worked with Sayda Navarro and my attorney Geoffrey Moore a lot towards the end of my case. She kept me informed on every step of the way. I am so happy that I could finally start a new chapter in my life and it was all thanks to this firm. Great First Impression
After my accident, I didn't know what to do or who to talk to. I called Rob Levine's office looking for advice. I guess I wasn't the only one needing help because I couldn't get through to speak to anyone when I called. I called back and talk to Kathleen. She not only apologized for my not getting anyone on the phone the first time I called, but she made sure I was able to connect with a person who could help me.
