Rob Levine

Let me start by saying this is a long process and after almost 3 years we are hoping to be done soon just depends on insurance company & we all know how they are. I honestly had never sued anyone or a company before. I can tell you that the law firm of Rob Levine & associates kept in touch with me ...every month. So, I had fractured my shoulder in 2 place, tare in my roto cuff. Fortunately no surgery would be needed as of yet. I of course need physical therapy. What a painful process that was. Keep in mine i'm in my mid sixties and yep arthritis has set in. (Ugh) the weather affects my shoulder ever day & pain has become my best friend. Doesn't matter if its a sunny day the humidity, rain, snow & cold weather affects it for the rest of my life. I will always have the reminder of my fall. Oh yea, I also was working for a living & i'm right handed & thats where the bones were fractured & roto cuff damage is for the rest of my life. I wanted to get back to work, i'm not into sitting home & doing nothing all day. Finally the doctor agreed to let me go back although they didn't think I should I wanted to try. My limitations of my job would need to be in place due to the damage to the shoulder. Luckily my job agreed to those limitations & gave me a position that would possibly work for my arm. Its pretty painful on most days but pain is my friend every day no matter what i'm doing.. but I refuse to sit around & do nothing, just deal with it & move on. I can tell you i was shocked at the process of what it takes to go through this situation of suing a negligent company, but Rob Levines office was there to answer any & all my questions. They were very thoughtful and helpful through this whole process. I can tell you it takes alot of time & patience to get to the end & i'm still not there yet. I can see now why it takes so long. It's not as easy as we think for lawyers to get all the information they need to deal with cases takes alot of there time & patients to gather all our information to build the case they need to win.
