I found out by checking the status myself online(the decision was made on February 11th according to the ssa website) and rec...eiving the letter in the mail yesterday. Leslie was not aware until I sent her a message yesterday and they dropped me this morning. So basically, had I hired someone else, who didn't just hand me off to a "case worker"/ assistant and someone who filed the paperwork on time my family wouldn't be suffering needlessly. Initial review: I started with them in April of last year, some paperwork on their end didn't get filed during which time my SSDi insurance expired and disability is saying I don't qualify anymore. This really hurts me and my family. I don't even know if there's a way to fix this.....

I called to have this firm look at my SSDI Case. Before they would look at it they had me sign them up as my Representative After getting my signature I was assured I would receive a welcome packet and a call very shortly 2 weeks later no call no mail no email I called asked for a supervisor. G...ot voicemail A day later a young man called said I would be working with him. He had no information on my case. I gave All the information when they signed me up. He said I will call you back 2 weeks later I called for a supervisor. Was put into voicemail again. 2 days later young man calls me to tell me he called SSDI and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. I called the number of the firm and asked for the address so I could physically go into the office and speak to someone. I as told there is No One in our office 3 weeks later the young man called me back to tell me the gentleman in charge of my case hasn’t returned a call. I told the young man. I have a Older Woman in charge of my Case she had called me twice and sent me several letters He was unaware of her I no longer wish for this firm to have anything to do with my case. Please read All the reviews of this firm and believe the worst ones. They are the real ones
