My name is Mike Prendergast About 2 years ago after losing all use of my right arm along with severe back problems (19) surgeries in all my doctor ( Dr. Mark Theroux) submitted paperwork for disability from SS. I was 63 years old out of work even though I have been in the workforce since I was 16. P...er the recommendation of a friend after he found out my doctor submitted papers for SS Disability. I contacted Rob Levigne Law as my friend did to handle my claim. He claimed excellent service and was approved for disability within months. Basically the same or very similar surgery as my own just not nearly as many. I submitted all necessary paperwork to SS myself even though I had case manager from your office. I also submitted all paperwork to your law firm after I submitted the documents to SS. Absolutely nothing happened for well over a year. Just when I was going to contact another law firm, your office changed my case manager to Sarah. She was the only reason I stayed with your law firm. The only reason. Up until that point I felt absolutely nothing was being done on my behalf. I personally turned in all documents, forms, and paperwork to SS. and to Lavigne Law. Recently SS denied my claim, don't ask me why. This is when Sarah really shined. She helped me file all paperwork for my appeal. And all with the fact that all the documents and paperwork I had already sent to Lavigne Law were nowhere to be found. Sarah stayed in contact with me constantly until all the appropriate filings, paperwork, documents and forms were resubmitted. The other night she was on the phone with me well after 6pm. As I scanned all these papers late into the night to send to Levigne Law. A task I continue late into the night. I think I finished transferred these papers after 11pm. She contacted me the next morning well before 8am to verify that she received the documents. Throughout the morning we communicated back and forth until the paperwork, forms, and documents were ready to go and the appeal was filed that day. Great hard work and determination by Sarah. Believe me just before she took over my case I was ready to look for another law firm. Sarah made all the difference, she is an incredible asset and should be highly commended for her work. I have thanked her numerous times via text and personal conversations. I felt compelled to write this review for your examination to let you know the type of employee you have in Sarah. I know SS disability cases do not bring in large sums of money to the firm but the way Sarah treated me and my case went above and beyond standard working procedures. I want to take a moment to thank the attorney’s office that is handling my case. Although my case has not yet been finalized, I truly appreciate the way they have worked with me so far. They have been consistent in communicating, answering my questions, notifying me of updates, and guiding me through... every step of this difficult process in my life. Their professionalism and willingness to cooperate with me have made a very challenging situation feel more manageable. I especially value the dedication and respect of the staff assisting me directly in my case.
