I called to have this firm look at my SSDI Case. Before they would look at it they had me sign them up as my Representative After getting my signature I was assured I would receive a welcome packet and a call very shortly 2 weeks later no call no mail no email I called asked for a supervisor. G...ot voicemail A day later a young man called said I would be working with him. He had no information on my case. I gave All the information when they signed me up. He said I will call you back 2 weeks later I called for a supervisor. Was put into voicemail again. 2 days later young man calls me to tell me he called SSDI and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. I called the number of the firm and asked for the address so I could physically go into the office and speak to someone. I as told there is No One in our office 3 weeks later the young man called me back to tell me the gentleman in charge of my case hasn’t returned a call. I told the young man. I have a Older Woman in charge of my Case she had called me twice and sent me several letters He was unaware of her I no longer wish for this firm to have anything to do with my case. Please read All the reviews of this firm and believe the worst ones. They are the real ones

I went in and was assigned a lawyer. Never met Rob Levine; it's just his name being used. It felt like a cattle barn! "NEXT...! " I had bitten into a hamburger, from a NATIONAL CHAIN, and bit down on hard glass. It damaged my teeth, produced blood and was extremely painful. I kept the evidence, had 4... witnesses and proof of damage. I gave it to the lawyer and after 6 months....was called and told to come in and sign the paperwork. BEST PART- they (ROB LEVINE'S TEAM) made an offer to the insurance company of this business without involving me. He said, "We (meaning the lawyer and insurance company of the business) came to an offer". He then proceeded to TELL me that my check would be $157!!!!!! I said, " NO THANKS, my teeth are still damaged and $157 WON'T pay that!" I declined signing paperwork and am on to another lawyer- that ACTUALLY NEGOTIATES (as advertised) and DOESN'T TAKE the FIRST offer. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this cattle barn! What a waste of time!
