I first found Rob Levin online and my boyfriend hired him for a disability claim. That experience was amazing and the out come was favorable. When I needed a disability lawyer this is where I turned. I called , talked to a person immediately , with in days someone came to my house I signed papers and... my journey became. My disability was exactly visable and would be hard to prove. I received updates , monthly phones calls and statuses. I was guided every step of the way. This was a tremendous relief and I could concentrate on my health, my appointments and therapy. I talked to different people at the firm throughout the process and I never had to worry. All my social security ccorrespondences were handled for me and if ihad questions they were immediately addressed and explained. Phone calls were returned within 24 hours, usually sooner. I was never given false hope. I was denied and the appeal process began. It had already been such a long road and now more waiting. There was a lot of preparing for the appeal and a hearing was set. This is where Jeanette Rodriguez entered my life she was my own personal hearing specialist and my constant and only contact up to my hearing and the days following waiting for a decision. Jeanette is amazing at her job. I felt like I was her only client and eventually she felt like a friend. Having never met her in person it seemed strange. She returned calls but email was how we mostly commmunicated. Emails were usually answers with in a half hour. She was able to explain all the processes, and basically took my stress away. It is hard to explain how wonderful this was but I will try. Jeanette is a warm, sweet and caring person. I was never made to feel like my pain and suffering wasn't important. She took the time and effort to reassure me , to answer questions and explain them. I never felt like she didn't have time for me. She was so sympathetic to all the emotions I was feeling. When I felt like things were hopeless she was there. When I felt pitiful she was there , when I felt defeated she was there. When road seemed to long she was there. I became frustrated , hopeless , discouraged and impatiet but she was there. Then finally we had a hearing date. She prepared me, all the while she was pleasant, patient and sympathetic. She was always honest with me as well. The days after my hearing were tough. I also suffered some setbacks in my personal life and with my own health. She listened, and always made me feel better. I emailed her almost daily after my hearing and I am extremely happy to say I won my case and my disability was approved. I received the email from Jeanette yesterday and she seemed so happy for me. That's the entire point of this review. When you don't meet someone in person and you really on emails and the occasional phone call it's very difficult to create a bond or connection but with Jeanette I felt like I was talking to an old friend immidiately. I am sad that our business is basically over. I hope he realizes how much I appreciate the time and caring she gave me. I am beyond excited and relieved but I will still miss those upbeat reassuring emails. This entire firm is amazing but Jeanette Rodriguez with forever be in my heart. Very helpful and understanding. Got into a little accident and I wasn’t sure what to do so I called and a woman named Madeline picked up she was so nice, respectful & had a lot knowledge to share with me about accidents and cases like mines.
