Could not have done it without her !!!

Two years ago we submitted claims & had them denied even though that should not have been the case. I was so disgusted & hurt that I didn't appeal. Two years later, the situation at home was worsening & so submitted new claim & could not imagine it could be turned down again; It was. So, someone at ...the VA help office referred me over to Kailey. That was a few months ago & she has just been so wonderful. Responded to all of my emails & calls & believe you me, I am a pest. She explained everything so clearly & she showed the VA where they had made errors in the past & she got them corrected and got the claims approved...at last. I cannot recommend her more highly and her fee was less than half of probably what any other attorney would have charged.

AWESOME!!!

KAILEY WILDENHAIN IS AWESOME! She is always there for me. She will take her patient time with me. She will guide me through different paper work, answering each question, so it will ensure me that I completed the paperwork correctly. She answers any question I ask right away. always has an answer for... me without any doubt or hesitation. She never needs to ask anyone else or put me on hold. This lady is incredible. People like this are very hard to find and you have the one who is perfect. I trust her completely. You are a very lucky employer.

Can be counted on to get the job done.

Nexus was at the center of my appeal to the VA, and thanks to Attorney Kailey Wildenhain, the Board of Veterans’ Appeals found that a disabling illness that occurred after my military service (1963-1965) was caused by that military service. The Board made its ruling in 2018, almost 30 years after ...my first filing. VA appeals, that have reached the point where an attorney is authorized, require that those attorneys have multiple professional talents. Among them are (1) a solid understanding of the changing legal system within which the VA operates, (2) a wise understanding of how the VA staff operates, and (3) the ability to re-craft your appeal to your best advantage, under the current circumstances. Attorney Kailey Wildenhain meets that triple challenge and submits a persuasive appeal document, which both educates and persuades her colleagues at the VA as they find the most appropriate support for her veteran client. At the same time she works with her client to learn more about the appeal, and prepare the client for any role that might need to play in the process. She then closely monitors your appeal, as it moves through the VA system, and takes every opportunity to submit additional explanatory or persuasive material. Attorney Kailey Wildenhain is a pleasure to work with, and can be counted on for the highest levels of preparation, attention, and creativity. A results orientated professional, she works well with others, and can be counted on to get the job done.

Thanks to Kailey

I cannot thank Kailey enough for all her work on my behalf to guide my claim for compensation with the VA. She kept me informed at all stages of the process including submitting my initial claim and then the followup appeal to the final positive award decision. She was patient with my many questi...ons and provided me with invaluable advice and direction. Kailey always was prompt in responding to any and all my inquiries. I could not have asked for a better outcome for my claim or for a better attorney.
