We represent families and individuals before the immigration court and the USCIS for everything from simple petitions to removal proceedings and appeals before the Board of Immigration Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

I have represented plaintiffs and companies in employment matters before the EEOC, the MCAD and in district and superior court trials. My experience includes a wide variety of discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation claims as well as advising companies and management in how to avoid liability.

I have represented victims and their families in all stages of lititgation including dozens of jury trials over the past twenty years, including slip and falls, motor vehicle accidents, and appellate work, including the ground-breaking decision that changed the common law in Massachusetts, Sheehan v. Roche Bros.
