Had a consultation with her as I was fleeing an abusive relationship. I spent an entire pregnancy being threatened by the child's father that he'd try to take custody if i left, when i finally left, he did. This useless excuse for an attorney asked me why i hadn't "just left" sooner, and that maybe I... was "crazy" like my ex was alleging. Unless you want to be further victimized by someone who sympathizes with abusers, I would spare yourself the time even consulting with this woman. She's on leave for a reason.

I was abused by a neighbor. Cracked ribs and another attempted on my life. This neighbor has mental health issues but after 2 year’s suffering that abuse, she is still my neighbor. Attorney Fogarty dropped my cause because I wasn’t interested in suing the Senior Housing Authority where multiple incid...ents occurred. Now I’m seeing that she’s on Administrative leave and need to know why! Why after I paid her retainer fees?
