My business hired Miriam to write a contract for a Convertible Note for some potential investors. Miriam helped us set up our business's LLC structure to accommodate such a Note, and helped us execute the agreement successfully. We subsequently hired Miriam to write a Joint Venture Agreement with another individual to pursue an opportunity to grow our business further. Again, Miriam worked with us from the beginning until the agreement was successfully executed to ensure that we got it right. Miriam is thorough, asks the right questions, and always comes to an understanding of exactly what it is that you want. She excels at translating your wants into black-and-white contracts that thoroughly protect your interests, are fair not only to you but also to the individual(s) with whom you're contracting, and that navigate laws and potentially unforeseen scenarios to provide resolutions in advance to potential problems that could occur throughout the duration of the contract. Miriam has helped us lay a solid foundation for our business from which we have been able to thrive, and I would recommend her services to anyone.

Miriam Ross has been the difference maker in helping me guide my business in the right direction.
