Good lawyer
I rented an apartment and my landlord refused to give me my security deposit saying I left the apartment in a deplorable condition. I had talked to Brenda and showed her the photos of the apartment on the day I moved out. After negotiations, Brenda got my deposit back in full.

Accident
I was in an accident. I was not hurt but I thought the insurance company was short changing me with their offer for my car damage. Brenda pulled up the value of my car online and called the insurance company to get me more money.
