Mr. De Luca has been practicing law for thirty years. He served as state prosecutor for ten years. During his time there he prosecuted many high profile criminal cases that received both national and local media attention. He entered private practice in 2001. He currently concentrates his practice in all areas of civil litigation, personal injury, criminal defense, post-conviction relief, white collar crime, commercial litigation, and domestic relations.
