My recent experience with Frank was outstanding in everyway. In what was a very anxious time for me, he was able to make me feel supported, , confident and informed. He explains the legalities in a very straight forward way for the lay person. I was always able to reach him by phone or email, at ...ANY time. He reached out to me multiple times to keep me updated in what can sometimes be a slow process, to make me feel that I was not forgotten. I felt very well prepared during my deposition. I became a client of Frank's towards the end of 2014 through the first quarter of 2015 as he took on the case to represent me in a potential medical claim on behalf of my late husband which at the time of our engagement was a very sensitive time for my family. Upon meeting him a rapport was established effortlessly and he immediately validated in my concerns and listened with care. A frivolous and baseless complaint was lodged against me and I had to summarize an extensive chart for the board of review.
