My areas of expertise are in personal injury/accident law in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. My focus areas are car accidents, truck accidents, bike accidents, slip and fall accidents and general negligence.

I have lived in the Rhode Island and Massachusetts area my entire life. I graduated from Brown University located in Providence, R.I. While at Brown, I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy and American Institutions. Upon graduation from Brown University I then received my Juris Doctorate degree from the Roger Williams University School of Law. Immediately after graduation and passing the Bar Examination in Rhode Island, I then opened my own legal practice and have been at it ever since. I am admitted to the Massachusetts and Florida Bars as well as the Federal District Court for Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Great Lawyer

I highly recommend David Tapalian as a lawyer. I reached out to David after I was injured in a crash. Great lawyer

David worked with me personally on my case from start to finish. At first the other insurance company was telling me the accident was my fault. By the time David was done with them, it was 100% the fault of the other driver. He was also always accessible. I was able to recover more money than I thought and what impressed me the most was that he really cared about my recovery. If you want a lawyer who will handle your case from start to finish, David Tapalian is the one.

Highly Recommend

I consulted with Attorney Tapalian and the Senior Paralegal (I believe her name was Naydene) regarding a few real estate issues. David provided great legal advice and guidance on my situation. Luckily, it never ended up in court, but I felt confident, based on my intake, that I was with a winning attorney if it did get to that point. If You Really Need a Great Attorney (that you can depend on he’s the one!)

I was hurt in a car accident, and I obtained David Tapalians Law Firm, and from day 1 he was right on top of my case along with his Assistant Naydene. I never had to do anything they both did everything necessary to settle my case and in a timely manner. Head On Collision

I was involved in a head on collision. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney. He guided me every step of the way with medical bills and collection agencies from hospitals. He was always checking on me to see how I was feeling. He was very professional and caring he did what ever he needed to do to make sure my medical bills and totaled vehicle got paid off. He fought every step of the way for me to receive the most I could receive for pain and suffering. If I had to go through it all over again I would not hesitate to call Tapalian Law again to help me out.

Highly recommend

I was referred by my sister. This was my first time going to a lawyer for anything. My case started the end of July and I received my funds just last week ( 3/1/18) The process was very fast, well depending on your case. The main contact for the office is Naydine she was very nice and helpful. I spoke with David once, also a nice gentlemen. He will go above and beyond to make sure you get the amount you deserve. Highly recommend

David was referred to me by family friend after I had been in a bad accident with my infant daughter. I was not at fault, my car was a total loss, and I was injured. Car accident settlement

I was involved in a car accident for the first time in my life. I had no idea where to go or what to do, and then I got referred to David. He was extremely helpful. He walked me through all the steps, making sure I understood the entire process.
