I have 30 plus years of experience litigating business and real estate disputes in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I chair the litigation department of Shechtman Halperin Savage, LLP, a regional law firm based in Rhode Island. We have offices in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and New York. With more than thirty attorneys, we are fully staffed to handle any litigation matter. We pride ourselves in finding the common sense, cost-effective solution to our client's problems. We view litigation as a last resort and oftern recommend mediation and arbitration as less costly alternatives to litigation. However, when litigation is necessary, we represent our clients aggressively and zealously to achieve a favorable result.
