Christine D'Orsi Fitta

I retained Christine Fitta to handle my mother's estate and was very disappointed with the work she performed. During a difficult time, she proved to be wholly incompetent and billed quite aggressively. I was eager to sell my mother's house as there was a large mortgage on the property and I was abl...e to negotiate a private sale without using a broker. Unfortunately Ms Fitta mishandled the purchase and sale agreement and did not include any contingency clause for earnest money or liquidation damages which is standard procedure in real estate contracts. When the buyer backed out a few days before the closing date, Ms Fitta reacted as if this was not a big deal.
