When you need knowledge & experience, talk to Chip

When events relating to employment add uncertainty to your life (as well as panic), you need advice from someone with clarity and experience to help guide you through this. I highly recommend Chip for his professional as well as personal advice and representation.

Do not hire this lawyer unless perhaps it is a simple employee contract.

My family retained Chip with a difficult procedural posture even though our case had merits. I am commenting on what was in Chip Muller's control to be fair and write this review with integrity, Chip Muller demanded a $10,000 retainer and then asked for two more or he would withdraw in less than 2 w...eeks knowing we were in a difficult spot. He misled us and fleeced $21,000 from us because he changed his strategy on us to lead it to an appeal which is very expensive before asking for a well deserved ability to respond and rehearing for an elderly sick woman. Instead, he negotiated against his client goals for his goals to take advantage of an elderly woman financially and leave us in a mess. He is the quintessential empty suit in litigation and underwhelming. He knows some law but can't apply it to the circumstances. He did not review the case history and we had to remind him 10 times to review relevant emails. We could not have intelligent conversations and refer to the Court docket because he relied on his secretary to pull documents up even though he is young enough that he should know how to do this. We had to do most of the work other than him providing some case law and not applying it to the case. We are not just disgruntled litigants. I think he really lacks litigation and recall skills and attention to detail which is critical for a successful complex litigator. Talked a good game but no substance. Will nickel and dime you with limited value provided. He made an already stressful situation even more stressful and is highly defensive. I would never use him for litigation as he gives up after the first bogus argument from the other side and apologizes for his clients when the other side are the guilty parties for which there is hard evidence. Chip is more interested in his financial gain and keeping good graces with the judges at the expense of the client. This is not someone you want if opposing counsel are difficult because he is not pursuasive in a contested matter. I would never recommend him to my family or friends.

Chip knows what to do

If you’re looking for an employment lawyer, you’re probably in an unpleasant situation you don’t know what to do about. Chip is quick and efficient, extremely responsive and always makes sure you know what is going on with your case. It’s scary to be on the receiving end of a legal dispute relating t...o your livelihood and Chip not only takes it seriously but makes himself available to you when it matters most. I am so grateful to have been referred to him from a friend and wonder where my case would be today if I had to take a chance on a different lawyer. Anytime I was unsure about something, Chip patiently walked me through all the alternatives and gave his professional recommendation, which in all cases turned out to be the right thing to do. Sitting here with peace of mind after just a week of Chip handling my case. I actually asked him if there was anywhere I could post a review because I am so appreciative.

Fights for what's Fair

I engaged attorney Chip Muller to represent me in a wrongful termination case. Mr. Muller did excellent work on my behalf resulting in a significant settlement being paid to me. I always appreciated that he felt like a partner and true advocate for me through this unfamiliar process. First and for...emost, he listens. Then he would clearly provide me with all possible approaches and potential outcomes, offering his recommendation on what the best path would be. Mr. Muller was steadfast in his belief that I had a strong case and pushed for a result that I was comfortable with. Additionally, he clearly has a strong reputation amongst peers as someone that not only knows the law, but as someone who isn’t afraid to take on a company to get his client what they deserve. I would absolutely work with Mr. Muller again and would recommend him to friends and family.

Great lawyer extremely knowledgeable & compassionate "not afraid of the Bully"

Attorney Chip Muller, Is a extremely knowledgable lawyer who will fight to make sure you receive everything you deserve. Not only is he an advocate, he is a man of integrity. Which I truly believe is why he was able to win my case for me. In my situation my employer terminated me with no cause afte...r 16 yrs of employment & tried to "BULLY" me into to taking a lowball offer & they were relentless with the pressure, I almost "cracked" .However once I contacted Attorney Chip Muller, I was able to take a breath step back & weigh my options. Next I informed my employer & their team of attorneys that Chip Muller was representing me, that is when all of the "bullying & pressure tactics were immediately halted. Chip took the wheel from there. NOT ONLY DID CHIP TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING FROM THAT POINT, I.E. PAPERWORK, PHONE CALLS, FORMS ETC.. HE WAS ABLE TO GET ME THE MONEY I DESERVED. Being fired after so many years of being a loyal employee with an impeccable record, My life was in turmoil, I had no idea I could even be fired with out any justification, without any verbal or written warnings, reprimands of any type on my personnel file however it still happened, without my attorney Chip Muller I truly believe the financial damage would of been extensive.
