Extremely poor customer service. I have a very simple case that has taken three years still no payment from the defendant insurance company. If your case is a simple one with a smaller payout, I would recommend using a different firm. My disdain for this law firm and Artin Coloian stem from the fa...ct that initially I had to gather all the necessary documentation, including medical records. All they have done for me in the form of service is submit them to the requisite insurance company. Since that time getting a response from them to ascertain a status of this case has been very difficult at best. On at least three occasions I was promised a call back and none was ever received. Several emails have also gone unanswered. The worst part is that I was recommended to this firm by a friend and was not expecting such poor customer service when all they have had to do was make one filing and a follow up phone call to the company representative. Please do not use this firm.
