he dragged my case out for years took $3000 and did close to nothing for me. when the club said they were legal because its a "educational facility" he dumped my case. he was always hard to reach and always did phone calls instead of meeting and relied on others to do his work for him (Al Brien) who ...was helping me for free. but Al passed before the case was up. Mitson never finished my case as far as im concerned and now he says he sent my file to me electronically without telling me so im sure it went to my junk file and was deleted.he took me for 3 grand !im not even sure there was a file and he should have had the decency to mail me a couple papers for the money he took! after i hired him i noticed bad ratings and questioned him on it he said he didnt care
