I used her for my divorce, she started out like she was on my side, then my ex-husbands attorney was asking for the house and the business. I asked her to get an auctioneer and we sell everything down to the furniture and we split the cash and we split the payments on any debts. she went to his lawye...r and took this offer of 10,000.00, I get the house that my exhusband talked me into refinancing to pay off all the heavy equipment we had so the mortgage was more than I could afford on my own, and they had offered 15 thousand, she came back and told me we should take the deal, that she told them we would only take 10000.00 and I get the least amount of alimony for only 4 years. So in essence my ex was walking away with a fully paid for business and all his cash, and not to mention she said I will keep the debt. I was not in my right mind as this was devastating to me. I told her I was not ready to go to court I needed time to think, she told me too late we are going in today that I had to go in that day. I went in and his lawyer degraded me with lies, and she stood there looking down at her shoes, when my ex went on the stand she asked him nothing. I fired her but at that point it was too late to change the out come. I lost my home, my family, I struggle working to this day. I have moved to Florida where I own my home again, and have a good job. Despite the cruel doings of the 2 lawyers and my ex. This lawyer should be disbarred.
