Attorney Donohue provided my wife and I services for the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new home. The sale of the previous home was a standard transaction. I was referred to Sean Donohue about 2 years ago as I was in need of real estate representation. I had preveously dealt with only 2 or 3 other lawyers and always had the feeling that their attention to my needs was put on the back burner. Sean was and is the exact opposite. He responds immediately... to my questions, however menial they may be, with concise, straightforward and easy to understand answers. I have always had the impression and feeling that lawyers/attorneys were dishonest. I do not in any way get that feeling from Sean. He is as honest as they come. That is a huge factor for me.
