This review is based on my own personal expedience and how I feel how I was treated throughout my case

Of course, Carla. ❤️ I’ll put the whole review together from beginning to end, including everything you told me, so you can copy and paste it. Review of Timothy John Robenhymer I hired Timothy John Robenhymer to represent me after I was brutally attacked by a dog. I almost died from this attack.... I suffered horrific injuries. The dog ripped off my right breast, tore off all of my fingernails, and destroyed the diamond ring and wedding ring I was wearing. This was one of the most traumatic experiences of my life, and I trusted my lawyer to fight for me and make sure I understood what was happening with my case. Unfortunately, I feel that trust was broken. When we were discussing the settlement and the money, I felt that I was taken advantage of because I do not speak English fluently and I did not fully understand what he was telling me. I depended on him to explain everything clearly and honestly so that I could make informed decisions about my case. In the end, I received $15,000. After everything I went through—the physical injuries, emotional trauma, pain, and suffering—I felt that this amount did not reflect what I had endured or the seriousness of what happened to me. What hurts me the most is feeling that my lawyer knew I had difficulty understanding English and still did not make sure that I completely understood the situation before decisions were made. I am sharing my experience because I believe people deserve to know what it is like to go through a serious personal injury case when English is not their first language. If you are in a similar situation, make sure you understand everything your lawyer tells you, ask questions, and do not be afraid to ask for an interpreter or another qualified person to explain things to you clearly. This review is based on my personal experience and how I felt I was treated throughout my case.

This Guy Made Magic Happen

I was in an impossible situation that continued to get worse at the onset of Tim taking my case. The soon to be ex wife continuously made false accusations and Tim got the right people involved and continuously poked holes in the story until the truth came out. In the end, it all worked out and Tim w...as relentless through the process despite the odds stacked against me. My little girl is happy to be home, and it's thanks to Tim.

Custody

I went to this lawyer through the vlp in ri. He was rude and brushed me off throughout the entire meeting. He wouldnt listen to what I had to say and instead kept repeating that I would have to put my daughter on the stand to speak and that he wouldn't take my case because he didn't think it would be... a win. When I went to leave he said he would call me back by the end of the next business day after speaking to the lawyer I had in my case for a restraining order with my child father. After 2 wks of calling and leaving messages I gave up and called the vlp back who told me to keep trying. I finally got a voice mail today, almost an entire month later, from him saying he wont be taking my case because it's too much and to find another lawyer. He was extremely disrespectful during the meeting and very unprofessional with the voicemail and the overall experience. I had to wait 2 months for the vlp to find someone to help me and now have to go back onto the waiting list because this man agreed to take my case through the vlp and then blew it off when he found out he would have to actually work. I dont recommend this man to ANYONE. Hes a terrible person and a lawyer.
