Court can be a scary place, and the stress of uncertainty can be overwhelming. Courts are adversarial by nature, and unfortunately, Family Court is no exception. Despite the system stressing the importance of parents working things out for the best interests of the children, some parents prefer to us...e the courtroom as a tool for conflict rather than seeking resolution outside of the legal system.
