Jules J D'Alessandro

I am a fierce advocate for the injured and those oppressed by insurance company and corporate greed. As the co-founder and senior litigation partner at D'Alessandro & Wright, I am responsible for all civil litigation; Jury trials, Mediation and Arbitration of Personal Injury and Business litigation matters at D&W.

I am a lifelong Rhode Island resident, a graduate from LaSalle Academy and the University of Rhode Island with a BA in Economics. I received my Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. While attending law school in Denver I gained critical insight and knowledge of catastrophic injury as well as mass disaster and products liability litigation while working for a Denver law firm.

I pride myself on being accessible to my clients and aggressive in the pursuit of their legal matters. I understand, appreciate and embrace the use of technology in and out of the courtroom in the pursuit of cases and claims on behalf of my clients.

Since the formation of D'Alessandro & Wright, LLC, I have been able to concentrate exclusively on civil litigation matters. My trial practice has involved the litigation of hundreds of automobile, semi truck, motorcycle, medical malpractice, products liability and premises liability injury claims. I have also handled numerous construction claims for and against construction contractors.

Over the past twenty years, I have found that accountability comes though the courtroom. Benevolence does not exist in corporate America or in the insurance industry. An injured person will get just compensation only through an aggressive attorney who has the knowledge and ability to pursue the case all the way to verdict if necessary.
