That Mr. Votolato is not very professional and lacks control of his patience.
I had contacted Mr. Votolato's Law firm to do some simple legal work. My interaction with Mr. Votolato was very disappointing, he was rude insulting and demeaning. No one should be treated that way, especially by someone who is supposed to be professional and lawful.
