Biography
Attorney Robin Gouveia joined the Law Firm of d'Oliveira & Associates in June 2011. Please call for a free - no obligation case evaluation. Since joining the firm, she has been exclusively practicing personal injury law. She and her legal staff are always ready, willing, and able to represent you. They provide personal service for each and every client, and we will be by your side throughout the legal process. Attorney Gouveia works with clients from the East Providence, Boston, Pawtucket, Fall River, Worcester, Taunton, Attleboro, Wareham, Woonsocket, Brockton and New Bedford areas.
Robin has spent more than 25 years being an advocate for victims’ rights and fighting for the rights of her clients against the insurance companies. She is passionately devoted to maximizing the compensation for her clients.
Robin graduated from Bishop Stang High School in Dartmouth, MA in 1985. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in 1989 from UMASS Dartmouth. She received her law degree from Southern New England Law School in 1998.
Attorney Gouveia is admitted to practice law in RI and MA state court and MA United States District Court. Attorney Gouveia’s professional association admissions include the Rhode Island Bar Association the Massachusetts Bar Association, the New Bedford Bar Association, the Bristol County Bar Association and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.
Attorney D Robin Gouveia has just been selected to the Rhode Island Association for Justice Board of Governors (formerly RI Trial Lawyers Association). She is also the Chairman of the Membership Committee and is a founding member of the Woman's Caucus. The Board of Governors is the governing body in the state of Rhode Island for members of the trial bar and consists of experienced and highly recognized Rhode Island Attorneys.
The mission of the American Association for Justice is to promote a fair and effective justice system, and to support the work of attorneys in their efforts to ensure that any person who is injured by the misconduct or negligence of others can obtain justice in America's courtrooms, even when taking on the most powerful interests.
