I tried to be my own lawyer. I went out on the internet, downloaded Notice of Termination of Tenancy document to evict a tenant. I thought I could save myself money. Biggest mistake I ever made. To evict for any other reason will require substantial documentation and may drag on for sometime. She advised me to pursue eviction for non payment of rent. She explained what will happen before, during and after each court session. I believe it was Christine's professionalism and calming demeanor that made this process bearable.
