I tried to be my own lawyer. I went out on the internet, downloaded Notice of Termination of Tenancy document to evict a tenant. I thought I could save myself money. Biggest mistake I ever made. To evict for any other reason will require substantial documentation and may drag on for sometime. She advised me to pursue eviction for non payment of rent.
