Nicholas has been a part of Robert E. Craven & Associates since 2010, after he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies from Quinnipiac University.  At Quinnipiac, Nicholas graduated magna cum laude in just three years of study.  Nicholas then attended Pace Law School, where he graduated with honors and received his Juris Doctor degree.  While in law school, Nicholas received numerous honors for his advocacy on trial, arbitration, and moot court teams which traveled around the United States.  He was also a member of his school’s most prestigious and nationally recognized law review.

 

 

Nicholas is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island state courts and Federal District Court.  He is also a member of the American Bar Association and the Rhode Island Bar Association.

Personal Injury case

Accident Case

DUI Dismissed
I was charged with a DUI and Refusal a few months ago. Nick identified that the police made a mistake and was able to get my DUI dismissed. I was extremely happy with the outcome!

Criminal Defense
Earlier this year, I was facing a year in jail for violating my probation. The charges stemmed from an domestic abuse allegation. I contacted Attorney Solitro and he met with me and resolved my case the same day. He got me no jail time. I couldn't be happier with his services and I recommend him all the time.

Criminal Defense
Attorney Solitro represented me on a DUI case. He was able to get the DUI dismissed and removed from my record. My biggest concern was that it would be seen by my employer but Nick made sure that didn't happen. I often recommend Nick to my friends needing legal assistance.
