Ms. Maccini has successfully guided me through two situations, one in which I represented an organization and the other in which I was acting as a third-party helping two organizations reach an understanding that would be beneficial to both sides.
Ms. Maccini's important strength from the start is her ability to listen attentively and respectfully to all parties involved. She elicits comments from everyone and then states her understanding of what she has heard. When there are differences of opinion among group members, she encourages them to reach a consensus so that the group's goal is clear.
She is diligent about gathering facts and researching relevant legal issues before presenting options to be considered.
Her explanations as well as her written documents are concise, precise, and easily understood.
Ms. Maccini's guidance in both of these cases has demonstrated to me the importance of working with a professional whose intention is to help parties reach mutual agreement by means of a positive experience.
