My son has dyslexia and Christine helped our family with a decision to pursue funding from our school system. Christine provided us with a detailed assessment with chances for success. This information was instrumental to our decision. Thank you Chrisine. And, thanks to her awesome assistant Sandra too!!

Small business champion
Christine is amazing. She's is always keeping me update with information before I even ask. I can't imagine navigating these issues without her. If you are a small business owner and need council on many different topics, you need her on your team.

Very grateful for her experience, expertise, and tenacity
We were faced with a school system issue and needed expert guidance, so I asked for a recommendation from a well-respected attorney in town for the best in managing these issues. Christine was recommended, and I reached out. Christine asked all the right questions and knew every piece of the path we were about to walk in resolving this matter. Her ability to listen, frame, share and guide the issue meant everything to us. We never had to panic when something came up because she'd spent the time consulting/advising and preparing us for the next step along the way to a resolution. I said that Christine was tenacious, and I mean that, but I meant it in a way different than you think. In these types of school matters where children are involved, the process might take some time which requires both tenacity & patience. Christine helped us through those times by describing how things were likely to happen. Her counsel was wise, timely and aimed at us as parents. Our child's future was first and foremost every single time. That approach was all we could ask for in resolving the matter.

Thorough, clear, supportive, competent
Christine was responsive, professional, and considerate in all of our communications. She made sure to address any questions I had while we worked through an issue with my employer, and she took the time to explain our options and the rationale for every choice. Christine was sensitive and receptive to my needs and concerns, and she was able to help me resolve my dispute promptly and successfully.

Iep Meeting
I wanted to write Christine a review because she is the ONLY lawyer who actually took time over the phone to listen to a situation that is going on with my daughter's IEP. She didn't hurry me off. She took the time and cared enough to say she was sorry to hear what was going on. She gave me wonderful advise and if the school does not play nice, I will not hesitate to hire her. She is concise and educated in educational law. Just through our phone call I knew she had the strategies that I would need to employ if I continue to get pushback from the school. I spoke with other lawyers before her and none compared to the level of personal service she offered. You can tell she cares!!! This is the first review I've ever written in my life.

Noncompete agreement review
I hired Christine to review a noncompete agreement and advise me on my rights. Contacting her initially was very easy, she was extremely responsive and the whole process moved very quickly. The online portal she uses to communicate and exchange documents is easy, convenient, and secure. She gave me an in depth de-brief once she completed her research, and honored our agreed upon rate to do so, even though she ended up doing some additional research beyond our original scope. I would highly recommend her for any employment law-related matter.

Christine Marinello was terrific
I had a tricky issue surrounding residency for school purposes that Christine Marinello handled fairly and swiftly. She resolved the case in a way that was very equitable and did so in a competent manner. Most importantly, she was very reassuring and calming in an otherwise tense situation - which helped me get through a very stressful situation. I thought she was great. She's nice, smart and competent - what more could you ask for?

Severance Agreement Discussion and Review
For the second time in two years I found myself in a position of being offered a severance agreement to leave a senior level position in a healthcare institution. I contracted with Attorney Marinello first in May of 2013 and she walked me through a very extensive array of options being offered, or in some cases not offered, by my previous employer. She provided great advice and sound counsel on a variety of legal issues for which I was not fully aware of my rights. Most recently I found myself in a similar position in May of 2015 and turned to her again. Among several recommendations, she directed me to execute an action that secured for me an additional significant cash benefit I thought I was not going to receive. So her services were well worth the investment.

Great Legal Representation
I had an employment related issue regarding my manager and employer. I contacted Christine Marinello and was promptly scheduled for a meeting in her office. She provided prompt and courteous service. Ms. Marinello contacted all parties involved and went with me to the hearing. She worked my employer and negotiated a settlement that I couldn't have gotten without her. I was in contact with Ms. Marinello throughout this issue and was advised on which items were and were not in my best interests. If I had any future legal issues, I would definitely contact Ms. Marinello to represent me.

Thoughtful and Responsive
Ms. Marinello was referred to me by a non-profit that worked in the area I was seeking expertise. I called her for advice in a complex situation involving education rights. She was immediately responsive and provided knowledgeable guidance and feedback on a course of action. The student's problem looks to be resolved without further work. . If there are further issues I will not hesitate to engage her services, but was extremely appreciative of her prompt and competent support. I was especially struck by the fact that at my request she did not hesitate to research colleagues out of the state with expertise in this field, and was willing to give me their names. All of this care prior to engaging her as our attorney. I will not hesitate to commit to her services if the need arises in the future..

Excellent job
I couldn't have asked for a more caring and competent attorney. The decision to take legal action against a former employer was very difficult. Christine immeditately made me feel at ease with the situation. With her knowledge, communication skills and limitless resources, the situation was resolved quickly and with a settlement that well exceeded my expectations. I consider Christine a friend and would highly recommend her.

Extremely pleased with her performance
I found Attorney Marinello to be easy to contact , she kept me informed and was willing to give the time I needed when I had questions regarding my case. The settlement I received was for a very satisfactory sum. She will be my first choice when I require an attorney to represent me or any family members in the future.

Job Separation Agreement and Counsel
Because of Christine's expert advice, I was able to negotiate my $9,000 annual car allowance back into my severance. I also inserted a clause allowing my wife to receive any remaining severance if I was to die before the completion of the severance period, as a considerable amount of income was at stake. There were several other recommendations that Christine made that I was able to get approved, including an added clause to insure that the only exclusions within the 30 mile radius applied to the individual sector of the economy in which I was employed and not other non-sector opportunities for which there might be employment opportunities. She was very through and thoughtful in her recommendations and counsel and I would hire her again if the opportunity presents itself to do so.

Excellent Attorney
Christine was extremely helpful with an educational issue we had with our son. She knew the law and the players and guided us through the whole process. She took the time to answer our questions and got us the result we had hoped for and that we couldn't get on our own.

"Christine and I first met several years ago as opposing counsel. Since that time Christine and I have worked together on cases. I have always been impressed with Christine. She is detailed, knows every important fact regarding her client's and the cases she is working on. Perhaps what impresses me most is that Christine is very compassionate when it comes to her clients and yet she can be very aggressive in fighting for them. I endorse her without hesitation."
