I wanted to write this review during the process for two reasons , one some people forget when the dreadful court experience is done and, two because there's someone like I was searching for an attorney , and looking to see if there's any reviews during the process. My divorce and custody is a me...ssy one for sure. Less than two weeks before my first hearing I contacted Damon and right away his interest was the same as mine. "The marriage is over , the kids are top priority " was his words. At that point I knew he was the right attorney for me. This process is trying, frustrating, and stressful, but it makes it a lot easier when you have an attorney who gets it. There are attorneys that simply will sell you a "dream divorce" because you are loading their pockets. Then there's Damon; from my current experience money is not the reason that man walks into that courtroom for you, it's not the reason he works around the clock. It's because this guy from the first conversation believes in what he fights for and stands on it. Damon has worked with me every step of the way, and continues. Divorce eventually ends , unfortunately custody is something that can drag on for a while. It is our job as mothers and fathers to take care of our families not go toe to toe in a courtroom; let Damon do that for you, so you can focus on what's important. So to the person that reads this that's struggling to find the right fit, worried sick for your children, and struggling financially , give him a call I promise you won't be disappointed!

Damon helped me through divorce in a way that provided me with facts and guided me through a process which ultimately protected my children. Damon put my children first and supported me in providing the best situation for them. His response time when it was important was less than 5 minutes every tim...e. I am so grateful that I was referred to Damon by a friend.

I actually reached out to Damon because I follow him on Instagram. I was having a lot of issues with my ex and was afraid things were going to get ugly when it came to custody of our children. I had no idea where to turn or who to talk to. I was extremely intimidated by my ex who has a lot of frien...ds and is well connected with many attorneys throughout the state. So, while scrolling through Instagram one day, one of Damon’s posts came up on my feed. It was some hilarious post about divorce and making sure you choose the right attorney. I loved that he had a sense of humor so I sent him a message asking if I could run something by him. I figured I’d explain my situation and he would either be able to help or at least maybe point me in the direction of someone who could. Damon got back to me shortly after and assured me he could help. We set up a consultation for a few days later. I was extremely nervous walking in. I had never had to seek out an attorney for any reason. I didn’t know what I was doing, I didn’t know how anything was going to play out, I didn’t know if Damon would even be the right person to help me. Like I mentioned before, I was intimidated by my ex and I felt he held most of the upper ground. I had no one else to talk to because all of my friends were his friends too. At this point, I felt like Damon was probably my last hope. I checked in with the receptionist and a few minutes later Damon came to greet me. I’m not going to lie, I was a little intimidated at first. Again, I found him on Instagram and everything he had posted was just hysterical. I guess I assumed he would look and act the same way. So, when I was greeted by this well put together man with an insanely professional demeanor, I was a little caught off guard. We sat down in his office and he asked me to tell him what my concerns were and what I was looking to accomplish regarding the custody of my children. The first thing I told him was how I felt anxious and intimidated by my ex and the reason why, followed by the short version of my relationship/situation. I was on the verge of crying by the time I was done. I hadn’t talked to anyone and no one knew what I was going through. Damon looks at me and said “I know this isn’t easy for you and I know you’re worried but you don’t have to be. I deal with people like your ex everyday and Im confident in what I do.” He then explained everything to me in detail. The court procedures, mediations, etc. He answered any and every question I had, with confidence. I genuinely felt that he had, and has, my best interest at heart. When I left his office that day I felt confident in my decision and never once questioned whether or not I made the right choice. He hasn’t proven me wrong yet. Who would have thought a random funny Instagram post would have lead me down a path that would have such a positive impact on my life? Funny how life works sometimes :)

Damon has helped me navigate through easily the hardest battle of my life. A 28 year old father of 3 boys going through a high conflict custody dispute. Damon is the only attorney ive come across who i felt took a personal approach to what I was personally going through. He was upfront, honest, hard ...working. He was professional, timely and ethical. At points he approached me with a stern yet fundamentally empathetic message of motovation. Anyone going through similar knows how it can all weigh on you at points. Damon was always there to guide and lift that weight off my shoulders. I have the upmost respect for Damon as hes personally a family Man and Former Marine who seeks justice with honor. I cannot thank this Man enough for what he has done and continues to do for My Family and I. Dont even question it, Attorney Borelli is the only lawyer you want representing you.
