We contacted Vassil Nenkov for our Immigration case of green card application through spouse in June 2017 and he helped us throughout the process of application, interview preparation, etc. The entire process was very transparent and he was very clear in his communication regarding his fees and the g...overnment fees which was exactly the same as mentioned on the USCIS website. Vassil was always available on phone and via email and we met with him multiple times during the entire process. He helped us a lot and even filled all our application forms with us. We were able to submit the application forms within 3 weeks and received the EAD card in September. We finally got an interview date of December 8th 2017. Vassil helped us prepare thoroughly for the interview and his advise on what documents to have for the interview, how much preparation to do and how to appear for the interview was very helpful. Our petition for a green card was approved immediately and our interview was very smooth which was mainly down to the guidance and help from Vassil. We met some other attorneys as well but they were more interested in making money of us by telling us how complicated our case is and trying to complicate matters. Vassil kept things very simple for us, he was very clear throughout the whole process starting from the first meeting itself and was genuinely interested in helping us get our application approved.
